It was an oasis in the middle of nowhere, the free pottery was fun, pool area and spa were good too. The food was tasty with lots of choice, and the staff continually checked that everything was ok with us. The staff were very attentive, a little more so than we are used to! Everything is X rayed on entry and cars checked, so it felt safe when we were inside the complex.

My stay at TAJ was absolutely delightful, thanks to the impeccable service and attention to detail. Chef Sarfaraz's culinary creations were nothing short of extraordinary; each dish was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation, showcasing his expertise and passion for cooking. From the exquisite breakfast spread to the delectable dinners, every meal was a culinary journey that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, Housekeeper Bhupinder's talent in towel art was a delightful surprise. Coming back to my room each day to find intricately folded towels shaped into charming animals and decorative designs added a personal touch that truly made me feel welcomed and pampered. The overall experience at TAJ was unforgettable, thanks to the dedicated staff who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking to indulge in luxury, exceptional dining, and genuine hospitality.

Check-in Checkout experience was quite good Staff is wonderful and courteous!! Room are spacious and the balconies were beautiful. Ambience of the hotel is very nice. The bathroom and the Tubs - pretty good!

I loved the room and its view. I enjoyed the food and amenities at the hotel. The overall decor was great. I enjoyed the cake they had provided me as per my request. Truly enjoyed the stay.

The service in the hotel overall was very respectful and efficient. Your staff does a very good job making the guest experience pleasurable and stress free. Especially the cleaning. On the 10th floor we were always helped and assisted by Sanjay Thakur. He was helpful, nice, and efficient with cleaning and anything we needed everyday for our 4 rooms (1054, 1056, 1060, 1059). He always provided extra toiletries even before we knew we needed them. That is the type of above and beyond customer service that elevates the guest experience. I would like to thank him and thank you all for our stay.

it average ok. room service is very poor, we have to wait for atleast more than one hour to received water and glasses. secondly dinner was good, room was maintained average, reception persons are not ok
